I was able to switch from 2215 to 2213 using OnePlus Updater. Once on 2213 it's was easier to root ( Big thanks to DLadz who helped me through the entire process). Now Rooting my device i figured it wouldn't hurt trying to run the XxX No Limit Mod, and go figure it passed without a hitch. Thanks to @xXx, I'm hoping he can drop an update for Android 13 and the 10 Pro. My device is running great so far, no hick ups what so ever.
I installed XxX No Limit 12.4 Magisk Module. It will install like every other Module through Magisk. It installed with no issues what so ever, the good thing is if you want to uninstall it just hit remove and reboot, done. Also, it removed a nice amount of bloat ware, plus it has YouTube Vance's baked in, so that'll run flawlessly after running Vanced Manager. Best of luck. Great Mod, thanks to @xXx No Limit

You know, that would be a Huge benefit for us all. Considering there isn't anything other than Root ( thanks to You and every other enthusiast ) and Several Modules to make our device a bit better. I did reach out, however, I haven't received a response yet. Hopefully this post can push the envelope that'll possibly trigger possibilities for the 10 Pro. To be honest, an Update from @xXx on the No Limit Mod would Be Huge. I would definitely be the first donating to show my appreciation. Cause I Love this Mod, very Clean, simple and effective. Great Work @xXx l, I do understand People have responsibilities in there personally Life, But again, it'll be awesome if he comes across this thread and Surprised us with a 13.0 Update . Fingers

Yes , let me know what you think. For my 2 cents, it's running smoothly, battery is good, it got rid of quite a few apps + like I menti before, YouTube Vanced it bakes in. As for an update, I would request a Netflix fix bakes in as as well + all his great tweaks and improvements.@LowaEastSide is there any options you avoided??
Nvm: have installed it but can't see any differences really...will see how a battery is but not seeing anything on face value.

Nope, and I tend to believe the next update for our device will bring the August 2023 SPL, as OnePlus' updates are bi-monthly.

I'm sure now this is where the "Global" name confusion comes from, as OPlus themselves have abbreviated NE2215 as Global before on their forums. Ridiculous. Hopefully this finally clears up some of the cross flashing mistakes.
I don't know why OnePlus decided to reuse the same model number for the global and europe versions.
