i just did it and it's the same result as with a.08, still have all the issues you mentioned.

flashing oplusstanvbk.img from cos is still needed to fix boot loop afterward.

which version of img of cos you have flash?
have you flash the full OTA, or only the incremental?

Maybe oppo don't want Chinese version flashing the global oxygen os

Boot into Fastboot
FlashAll.Exe, than it bootet in some FastbootD, but it hasn't went further, it said all the time, device waiting, so I bootet into Fastboot
Than it flashed, but a lot of ERROR while flashing some paritions
Now I am in boot loop. It goes to Fastboot, but when pressing reboot, start, recovery, it boots always in Fastboot

Was this FastbootD Mode some special, why it wasn't recognized? Any solution?

Normal on op11 china with oos /cos outside from china
When the op11 is not aktivated from china befor it sent to other country

I have different issue maybe will just reflash COS and finding a guide on it, no hope so far, I think COS at this point is more stable

I have but still having bootloop, trying to figure out how with QLM, been a few hours without luck

have you ever done an ota update or a local update? because if so, then there are "cow" partitions on your phone that you need to delete

And you can only boot from right slot

I have installed Global OOS before (only once) now whatever I do it failed. Trying currently:

Delete cow partition after flashing the ROM right? Then boot normally? Now i'm stuck at logo with yellow text unsecure device....
