Hey XDA,
Has anyone else been experiencing random "clicking" (input) in the Cardboard App and YouTube Cardboard Videos? Every 5 seconds or so my magnetometer will spike and cause clicking in these apps making them unusable, if you can please download this app and check your magnetometer readout as to confirm if this issue is just me or if it could be affecting more devices, screenshot attached below of the app and issue I mention.

I have the same problem with my vr, that is working fine with my old galaxy s4.
This is my test, it seems to be a little more accurate, but the issue remain!

Is there any way to turn off magnetometer and use simply a joystick?

Edit: I wrote an email to oneplus support team, next step is an hard reset
Edit2: I have tryed to disable magnetometer sensor, even so it continues to work buggy

Thanks for the feedback, please report back if you go through with a hard reset and any follow up with the Oneplus team, hate this to become an RMA issue, I made a custom Cardboard profile that indicates I'm using a button and not the magnetometer sensor for input but it still picks up that as input too, so I'm guessing there's no way to disable that easily.

This is a well known issue and OnePlus claims they have it fixed and it should be in the next OTA. That being said....I don't trust them and already have my return label if they don't finally fix this crap this week.

Thanks for your input, didn't know it was acknowledged and hopefully will be fixed in the 3.1.4, yeah I've had my share of issues with oneplus in the past too but I really like this device, I hope they fix this in the coming update or I'll be opening a ticket as well... No excuse for a faulty component...

3.2.0 has solved the issue for my phone!

Can confirm for me too, 3.2.0 has solved this issue, if any mod reads this, the thread can be closed, thank you.
