But first, we all know how difficult it is to get a OnePlus 3 directly from OnePlus- what, with the shipping, customs, and all. So hopefully others will share how they got theirs in the Phils.

bought mine from kimstore (not sealed), oos 3.1.3 (updated to 3.2.1), no bloatwares/ads, so far no issues. one thing that I noticed is that my unit is getting hot when it's charging, is it normal? TIA cheers!

So I got my Oneplus 3, and all I can say is that, it's a good thing it was my choice over the LG G5 ahaha which was relatively close in price in Kimstore.

Kababayans, do you know where we can get a high quality case and tempered glass in the local? Otterbox in their website seems to have a case already for the OP3, but last time i've checked in glorietta 4 otterbox stall, they have yet to have one. Spigen Philippines said they will release the OP3 case in the coming 2 weeks.

Network Problem

I purchased OnePlus 3 A3000 from Widget City. During my first 2 weeks the phone has been running smoothly.
Currently im having network signal issues with both SIM cards (Globe and Smart).

The past week, internet and mobile signals are intermittent. Sometimes theres no signal at all. Most of the times there is an exclamation point next to the network icon.

I tried to switch SIM cards
I rooted the phone and upgraded to 3.2.1
I cleared cache and tried factory reset
But the problems persist

Do you think theres something wrong with the networks or theres something wrong with my unit? Did i buy the correct unit (A3000)? According to willmyphonework dot net the North America version is not compatible to Globe LTE. So im not sure now if A3000 is North America version.

Is someone experiencing the same problem?

I don't have these issues. It's either related to your area (an upgrade or maintenance perhaps?). Have you tried using another globe sim?

do you use auto network mode? tried using 2g only or 3g only?
u could try accessing phone information by dialing *#*#4636#*#* - Phone Info - Preffered network type
try using GSM only but if you're using data u could use WCDMA only. LTE is good but bad in most areas lately. it might be a fluctuation between cell towers or radio bands your phone is connected with.

I've got no issues here at BGC and Pasig. sometimes it happens when driving (phone switching to another tower).

Got my 1+3 from kimstore , after placing my order, the next day i got the phone hassle-free
It's the best phone I had than the my previous S6
I manually flashed the latest ota update 3.2.4 after getting my phone in my hands haha.
No sim reception issues, wifi and data works fine even with 3g signal.
Battery life is excellent, and wow! Dash Charging is a beast.

It's area specific pal, try going to other location that you are sure of having good reception. If it works, then your location is the problem

What version is kimstore selling? a3000 or a3003? Hydrogen OS or Oxygen OS?

Is there a diff between a3000 and a3003? Also should be oxygen, hydrogenos isn't officially supported by oneplus

I believe LTE will not work in PH with the A3003 variant. You can verify thru WillMyPhoneWork dot net
