Oneplus 3 screen broken - need help repairing it

Hello,

I completly broke the screen of my Oneplus 3. I tried lifting the screen from the back plate but it didn't work. Could anyone give me some suggestions about getting the screen etc. out of the back plate? I attached a picture of what my phone looks like at the moment. Thanks

You should be able to easily find a video on YouTube using your devices model number that demonstrates how to take your device apart, probably even a video that demonstrates how to repair the screen on your specific model number.

Yea but in those videos the display is still attached and they can lift the whole thing from the back plate with a suction cup.

You must be missing a detail in what they are doing or you need to find a different video.
