Oneplus 3 UK Shipping thread!!

Picked mine up from Gumtree £280 (haggled down from £295), yesterday - immaculate condition, not a mark on it. Came with 3 skin cases too. Haven't stopped playing with it since. Definitely a mark up compared to my L G2 (D802)

I agree that its a real step up but really, only time will tell. If we are still using this phone after 3 years I think it will be due to the 6GB ram. Todays devices with 3-4GB ram may be left behind as the standard will surely be 8 or even 16.

The only thing better on the G2 is the stability when shooting video. Lets hope its a software issue that will be sorted out.

02 purchase

In view of the long wait for delivery I purchased from 02, £336 upfront and £14 pm. Ordered Sat, picked up today

As suggested I attempted to cancel the airtime (via on line chat) and was told I would have to pay a £267.78 early termination fee. Not purchased via this method before but from what I've read I thought I'd be able to just cancel the contract without the fee. Anyone got experience on this issue.

in answer to my own post I think the moral of the story is speak to the Uk cancellations dept not an overseas chat service. The UK cancellations confirmed no charge to cancel the airtime when the device is paid off.

Now to get used to the phone!!!

As with any contract, if you cancel early you will have to pay off the rest of the period remaining.

Doesn't surprise me that the guys in the chat in another country were useless. They told me my phone was ready to pick up when it was 11pm UK time.

Apart from the shaky video recording, I think you'll find this phone to be awesome.

Just walked into local o2 store yesterday got it for £336 +£10 P&G sim witch I just gave my son to use , didn't fancy waiting 2 weeks direct from 1+ and the annoying process they use especially after my last 1+3 was direct from them and what a balls up, and if anything goes wrong I deal with o2 rather than 1+ ,?

Yes that's what I did u have to but the £10 p&g sim but better than monthly plan unless want it and quicker than direct from 1+

From what I understand, you can then use any network sim too. So thats brilliant

That's correct there factory unlocked o2 will try to convince you there locked if asked but there not I'm using life mobile who are EE essentially??

U can also check on o2 site and check if your local store is in stock , as I did just went next day and collected as I'm well aware of 1+ shipping nightmare from previous orders ie security checks and delays etc etc I see in the 1+3 delivery thread loads are being delayed extra from the Samsung Note 7 issues , extra custom checks
