Oneplus 3t loocked and stuck on google acount login

i got this phone yesterday for my friend,, i think she kept login the phone wrongly by fingerprint until the phone reset and erase itself. now i'm trying to setup the phone after format its stuck on google account asking me to register with the same google account was on the phone.. and that what i'm doing by login with same google account but the phone keeps asking the same as it's not recognize the email... i tried to go to sideload to reinstall the ROM but i cant as its seems locked also,,even with TWRP i can't unlock the phone...[please urgently tell me what to do..

Note: Issue solved by member Funk Wizard... But solution removed to not used by junky people... Thanks Alot Funk Wizard

Try a factory reset or if u are still unable to do fastboot format userdata which would unfortunately wipe all your data.

Was your friend the previous owner? Maybe she used a different account?

no I bought it for her and i'm the one make the setup myself,, so 100% only 1 google account logged in this device

I did everything you can imagine , wipe, reset, but still once reboot it's only shows google account log in screen..
i'm going crazy this is never happen with me in other phones

Yeah.. I am here.. Gimme an hour or two in the Gym and will sort this after dinner tonight. In the meantime please elaborate on what all you have tried and didn't worked and the screenshot of the error.

Thanks bro.. As you see the screen shoot in my email it's keep asking owner Google account which 100% same I'm using... I did try to unlock oem and flash the OS but since the USB Debag. And oem not enabled.. I can't do it at all as the device rejected any command for flashing or erase.. I did phone and casj reset but it does not effect
