Oneplus 5 - Ringer volume is locked

Hi Guys!
My OP5 can't to ringer when somebody call me.
The ringer volume is off, and I can't to move it.
Android Oreo 8.0, Oxigen 5.0.4.
Can anybody help me?

Is your volume key broken? As in permanently pushed in?

Other than that move the slider then see if you can change volume
