Oneplus 5 stuck on the fastboot mode

Hii guys i need help my oneplus 5 device is stuck on fastboot mode i cant go into recovery mode , if i try to do so then it only shows black screen and same for when i try to switch on my phone .
It seems only thing i can do is go into fastboot mode and nothing else , i need help guys pls.

If you are unlocked make sure you're using a Pie TWRP (if you're on Pie)
