I was using my ONE PLUS-6 3 days ago when it suddenly freeze and become unresponsive.
Now every time I am trying to power it on , I am getting 3 randoms start up
1- most: the phone will not respond at all and screen will remain black.
2- The phone will vibrate then i will get start up screen "oneplus logo android logo" then qualcomm crash dump black screen.
3- The phone will vibrate then i will get start up screen "oneplus logo android logo" and phone will stuck there then screen will become black.
My questions:
-How to fix this , is it possible to get this defect fixed and can I access my data on the phone , i have important data that i need to recover.
-I do not want to use MsmDownloadTool mehod right now as I read that i will lose my data on the phone
