Hi, I just rooted my OP7 (non-pro EU model) with Magisk so am able to share the image files...
This is the stock boot.img extracted from 14.E.38 (used Payload Dumper to do this):

I need help. I can't seem to update from 11.0.3.1 to 11.0.4.1(using stable incremental update via oxygen updater). it says "system update installation failed" via local upgrade. Just came back from a bootloop btw. I've read somewhere in this thread that i need to update my device using oos 10.0.3 first. Is it safe to update locally from 11.0.3.1 to 10.0.3? im using GM57AA.
Hello, is your device unlocked and rooted? Do you have tried it with a full image rather than an incremental one?
Download the full version and try again. Check the MD5 hashes too to avoid broken files
Any other instructions or tutorial how to install back OOS ? Can I just flash .zip via fastboot or adb?
Its better to use MSM (Unbrick) tool to get a clean install. You'll be locking the BL and all you data will be wiped.

For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise. They can be flashed via Settings -> System Updates -> Local Update or TWRP recovery.

23- GM1900 is the Chinese variant OnePlus 7 running HydrogenOS (with GM57 build tag).
- It is possible to flash both GM57AA (global) and GM57BA (EU) OxygenOS firmware on top of the HydrogenOS using the Local Upgrade method.
- Bootloader unlocking is not necessary for switching to OxygenOS.
- After conversion, you'll get OTA update from the respective branch.
