I have OnePlus 7T Pro HD1910
I recently installed Hydrogen OS 10.0.12 HD01 on it and I want to change it back to Oxygen OS I tried to download latest Oxygen OS from OnePlus websites and tried to upgrade it locally but it keep saying (((The version of your selected package is lower than that of the current system. To avoid booting up failure, downgrading is not allowed.)))
I even tried to install it from fastboot but I couldn't open the bootloader and it keep saying that the boot is secured

Edit:be aware that if we use this package we need to backup all our data.
Edit 2: reading the article it seems that those are the fixed links so, we don't loose any data. I'm finishing the download and report back after flash

Have you flashed from beta or stable thread?
OOS 11 stable is out according to Oxygen Updater. Has anyone tried it with Magisk yet and/or can tell, if the upgrade works fine?

45As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.
Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.
For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise. They can be flashed via local update in Settings --> System --> System Updates or TWRP recovery.
Packages with build tag HD01AA and letter I in filename are intended for the following variant:
HD1911: India
Packages with build tag HD01AA and letter O in filename are intended for the following variant:
HD1917: Global
Packages with build tag HD01BA are intended for the following variant:
