Just got my oneplus 7t pro as my secondary phone. The finish of the Oneplus 7t pro is same as the oneplus 7 pro nebula blue. To add a grip to my phone without any bulky case, I applied this black leather skin from gadgetshieldz it enhances the grip and feels unique. I will leave the link below just in case.
