One day I’m just using WhatsApp and the screen froze. I tried switching off the phone using Power and Volume button. But it didn’t restart. Meanwhile the phone became very hot and switched off after the battery died. Then when I tried to switch it on, it showed battery low. So I charged it and powered it on, but it would only show
Qualcomm CrashDump Mode
Attempted to kill init! exitcode=0x0000000b
complete_and_exit
PC at: rpmh_write+0x220/0x228

The phone was running stock OS. I had never tried rooting the phone also.

I talked to OnePlus Support and they tried flashing it remotely, but even then this error shows. They’re now telling me to go to the Service Center, but they’re all closed during this lockdown.

PLEASE HELP

Flash stock fastboot rom from fastboot mode or use mam tool to restore stock...mam tool needs bootloader to be unlocked. Don't know about the first method.

Their are posts for both the processes in guides section of OnePlus 7t.

MSM Tool doesn't need the bootloader to be unlocked.
