Is this the full OTA or incremental? Looks like the full build to me but I want to make 100% sure.

Can I use the OOS11 zip I already have to downgrade from OOS12 using the other slot? It's broken several things. I've only found a method that wipes the phone so far. Or maybe just flash Magisk to the unused (should be OOS11 since I just "updated") and reboot back to it?
first of all you should not ask your questions in 2 thread and create a 3 one. Thats simple spam.

Every Rollback Package i know will wipe your data.
So i suggest going the safe and easy way and use MSM tool.

OnePlus posted today on their forums the EU downgrade zip to 11.0.9.9 https://oxygenos.oneplus.net/OnePlus8ProOxygen_15.E.40_OTA_0400_all_2110091931_downgrade that you can use if you can't/don't want to use MSM tool , but you will need to add a .zip extension for it to be recognized by the OxygenOS 12 local update app.
OP will be updated later to add this zip to the index.
Thanks to all that support this thread. I accidentally flashed an 8T OOS version on my 8 Pro with the fastboot rom. Not good. It got stuck in bootloader mode. Thankfully I was still able to flash twrp and do an ADB side load of the 11.0.11.11 rom. I was back up and running shortly thereafter.

In settings of oxygen updater, the advanced mode>> enable, and I downloaded the firmware, in phone, and copy to PC, and file .bin, boot.img etc.

Afaik, global version dont have a full zip yet. If ur BL is unlocked you need the full zip.
You can use oos 12.1 A12 c20 europe version (full).
You can use the apk in attachments to install full zip.
P.S., this is not the first time i have seen that global is missing a full zip build. (This happened on oos11 last builds too.) If you want to use global c20, you need to lock BL then install incremental update.11

For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise. They can be flashed via local update in Settings --> System --> System Updates or TWRP recovery.

IN2020 units are Chinese units running HydrogenOS out of the box that may be able to run OxygenOS after conversion via local update. They will however need to format /data and wipe cache to avoid bootloop.
Should someone wish to crossflash their device to a regional ROM different than the one present out the box, it is advised they take backup of their /persist partition beforehand by using dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/persist of=/sdcard/persist.img (you must have root access, which is not something I'm going to explain here) and moving it to their computer/cloud

7554I just attempted the global rom on a Chinese 8 pro and seem to be stuck in a boot loop now...

I fixed the boot loop by going into recovery and clearing settings and cache. After reboot the phone goes right into setup
