Where'd you get that one from lol. There's no mention on oneplus forums or even google of 10.5.13 EU? Only 10.5.12?
I'm going to install it anyway as I wanna downgrade back to android 10 after trying DP4 for a while. No date in statusbar, gravitybox, no Dolby with EQ.. Going back for now.
Yeah OnePlus hasn't made any official announcement in despite of people receiving it by OTA https://forums.oneplus.com/threads/...e-oneplus-8-pro.1279193/page-19#post-22057313 , it looks like a respin of 10.5.12 with network improvements for European operators.
Yeah - the rest looks like 1.5.13 AA last month. We may not be getting a global update this time.

It may be possible to flash OB1 when coming from A10 as TWRP thread description says it can be used to flash ROMs, but I can't test as I don't own this device. Please let me know so that I can update OP accordingly.
@Some_Random_Username Thanks but there is only a Payload.bin file with all the images inside.
What we supposed to do with them after extract? flash them one by one? How?
There is no script in there like Flashall.bat...

I said in the OP that those zips can be flashed by local update in system update application, if you want to flash individual partitions one by one i believe you should refer to manual flash section in mauronofrio's thread, albeit i don't know if this is accurate for A11 given system_ext partition got added with it.
Added OxygenOS 11 "stable" for all regions and Indian OB2.

58As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.
Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.
For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise.
On OxygenOS 10 and 11, they can be flashed via local update in Settings --> System --> System Updates.
On OxygenOS 12, the local update APK (original download link https://oxygenos.oneplus.net/OPLocalUpdate_For_Android12.apk , mirrored at https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/onepl...ystem-update-1-0-0-s-dp-android-apk-download/ ) must be installed. It will become available as "System Update" in the app drawer.
With OxygenOS 12.1, OnePlus brought back a native local update for the EU and IN builds, that is available after enabling the Developer Options.
The following is intended for the EU and IN builds of OOS 12.1 and up:
On OxygenOS 12.1, the built-in local update is available via Settings -> About Device -> Up to Date -> Tap on the three dots.
On OxygenOS 13 and 13.1, the built-in local update is available via Settings -> About Device -> OxygenOS -> Tap on the three dots.
The following is intended for the GLO builds of OOS 12.1 and up:
For OxygenOS 12.1, 13 and 13.1 the OPLocalUpdate_For_Android12.apk APK (mirrored at https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/onepl...ystem-update-1-0-0-s-dp-android-apk-download/ ) must be used. It will become available as "System Update" in the app drawer.
Packages with build tag IN11DA are intended for the following variant:
IN2021: India

IN2020 units are Chinese units running HydrogenOS out of the box that may be able to run OxygenOS after conversion via local update. They will however need to format /data and wipe cache to avoid bootloop.
Should someone wish to crossflash their device to a regional ROM different than the one present out the box, it is advised they take backup of their /persist partition beforehand by using dd if=/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/persist of=/sdcard/persist.img (you must have root access, which is not something I'm going to explain here) and moving it to their computer/cloud
