Added OxygenOS 11 "stable" for all regions and Indian OB2.
OnePlus never released an Indian OB1, hence why it's not present.

Thanks for letting me know, I already had them but updating thread takes some time.

Hi there!
I have an in2010 running oxygen os 10.5.12.in21aa
Is this one the correct version for me?

OnePlus8Oxygen_15.O.30_GLO_0300_2010031624

Having a Chinese version converted to oxygen isn't clear for me.

Thanks

Yes this should be fine.
If you haven't already done it, I would advise to backup your /persist partition just in case.

From OB2 to Android 11 is not impossible without factory reset? ?
Historically no need for factory reset, as long as the build number is greater

THIS IS INCORRECT:
Yes, going from beta to stable always result in data wipe to prevent regressions due to incompatibility.
As a sidenote if I were you I would stay on beta, APKs seems to be mostly the same as OB1/OB2 ones.

THIS IS INCORRECT:
You should take a look back at timestamps: "stable" has a compilation time of 2009301818 while OB2 has one of 2009181221 and stable can't be flashed from OB2 without factory reset as per screenshot in post 106.

If anyone needs this

OP 8 OOS 11.0.1.1. IN21AA ---------------> international global version

stock Full OTA signed Zip

https://mega.nz/file/tCQ0HBjL#qqagnZ8EsskF6H_DnBRV-cpAFFshEw5n6QOu_VqiB4o
If I were to do Local Upgrade option, will that wipe data? Also, when updating local, to retain root I would do Local upgrade, don't reboot. Install Magisk OTA, reboot.

Edit: Also, I'm on global ob3 rom. This will be the correct stable rom for global?

Edit 2:. Looks like Local Upgrade option will wipe data. That means I'd lose root. I guess I'll wait for the stable update to hit Oxygen Updater. That won't wipe data, right? Anyone?
