Hello everyone!
I have a OnePlus 8T with firmware KB2003_11_C.20(Fake C.21) and unfortunately the system won't let me update the software. I have already tried different possibilities. I once tried the local update which you can unlock with the developer options and even downloaded the "Local Update Apk". It always says that verification failed. I've also tried the update file to "Mod" by changing the "Paylpad_propeties" and disabling verification as recommended by a user. A user uploaded his modded file here, which other users had more success with, but unfortunately it is now offline. Do you maybe have an idea how I can finally get away from Fake C.21? If need be, I reset the phone too. The main thing is that I can install the latest update.

And while I'm at it: Has the error actually been fixed that Netflix can no longer be updated and the device is supposedly not supported?

Sorry if I don't understand something. I'm new to this and just started looking into it yesterday.

Edit:
Ok I solved the problem with the mod. I used 7Zip for that. It seems Winrar somehow destroyed the file.

I have now updated my 8T to Android 13 but unfortunately Netflix still doesn't work and Google Play shows that the device is not supported. Has anyone solved the problem?

There are later versions, but this one works for me. I suggest you cancel the offer to update when you open Netflix each time.
Thank you. Netflix is working again. I still wonder how it is possible that an app that worked on OnePlus suddenly stopped working with an Android update. It's a shame because you don't get the automatic updates from the Play Store that way. Does anyone here know what went wrong or where OnePlus made a mistake?

Is it actually safe to download apps from APKMirror or Uptodown?

Well, just as a matter of policy, and with no disrespect to ApkMirror, I always check all downloads from any source with Virustotal, and I've never had a positive from ApkMirror. Yes, it's safe. I've never heard of Uptodown.

Can we flash stock EU ROM (KB2003_11_F.15) on the India variant (KB2001)? I see that there are 3 variants listed in OxygenUpdater. Just curious whether we can flash different stock ROMs on the variants as I believe I used to do that in Android 11 and haven't used this phone for a while.

Not sure how Android 13 behaves when flashing a stock ROM on a different variant.

EDIT: Local install is NOT letting me install F.15 on KB2001 as it says "Verification failed". Bummer!

I guess I can still flash it by temporarily by booting to OrangeFox recovery (fastboot boot orangefox_recovery.img) and flashing the EU F.15 build? Any issues doing this way?

Should work. Just give it a try.

Hi, I'm on OP8T DDR5 unlocked bootloader and last TWRP installed on both slots.
I was stock A11 then I've updated to official OxygenOS 13 via OTA and now I've firmware F15 version on slot B (I guess).
If I reboot to recovery + change to slot A + system reboot, then bootloop starts (that's why I guess the slot A isn't updated).

Is there any way to copy the slot B over slot A, to make them identical?

thank you in advance

Here you will find a zip file precisely to do that. I've used when I installed LOS on the phone, but I guess it should work with any other firmware.

Hi,
Did anyone managed to get a dl link for the KB2003 OTA file yet ? Oxygen App shows nothing for now.
It seems to me that this app is not "finding" download links as fast as before (for Oxygen OS11 for exemple). Or it is just an idea ?

Thanks

I just got system update notification from Oxygen Updater App and downloaded KB2003_11_F.62.zip
I'm holding manual update till someone confirms it is not braking CTS on Safetynet like Pixel February updates did.
