C16 is the A12 update for OOS 11 EU.
(My mistake) - C16 is an incremental update for C15.
C15 was is an A12 update for OOS 12 C11 IN.

The method to update if we are root are always the same ? :
- local upgrade
- magisk reinstall After ITA upgrade
- reboot by magisk

You can find this update on parameters update. Only 76 mb which mean not full OTA. Probably to fix the battery drain issu.

Same here. I got a warning about it. Phone never rooted or so...

Wipe data cache of both Google play and Google play services and rebooted. Seems ok for safety net but google pay tells me it's updating

I'm on KB2003 EU with yesterday's C.16 update. Google Pay stopped working after the C.16 update.

I went into the Google Pay app and cleared cache only (NOT data). When I re-started the Google Pay app, I found my bank card had been deleted but my loyalty cards remained. I re-registered my bank card and then went out and successfully used Google Pay on two payment transactions.

I'm on C.11 India build. It's been close to a month since the C.15 came out but neither the OP nor the Oxygen updater has the full zip for C.15.

Am I missing something? Or has the process to update changed for rooted device? I'm not sure if I can flash incremental on a rooted device

Guys, I've bricked my phone twice while trying to downgrade and i have a mac so i can't use MSM. I'm on A12 C1 india5. I have downloaded the oxygen updater app by OnePlus. If i flash a downgrade file given in the OP through there, will i successfully downgrade? Or is there any possibility of me getting bricked again?
