i have t-mobile LE2117

1- can unlock bootloader without wipe date and how ?

i need unlocked my phone and i did changed motherboard so than i have to backup persist partition to fix-fingerprint not working

2- can convert me le2117 to dual sim will working fine without any issue ?

i will use different network for every sim not same network

You have to wipe the phone to unlock the bootloader. Are you having the OEM Unlock is greyed out issue?
