Im looking for a stock untouched package of OOS13 to install on my phone. I used oxygen updater to update to oos13 F.16 and F.72 and now i get bugs when 5G is enabled, plus i dont seem to get official updates anymore.

I don't think there was one. The last few updates on 12 were incremental. I could be wrong, but I think 48 was the last full update for the 2125
I found C66 but for the indian variant only, if anyone can share the latest full package for Android 12.1 for the OnePlus 9 Pro EU variant, it would be nice

After all this updating I lost root. I'm on LE2125.11_F.18, witch magisk_patched.img to get root back? LE2127_11.2.2.2_Patched_Boot.img or magisk_patched-25200.img? Any advise would be appriciated. Thanks

Temporary boot into TWRP and install magisk.zip, then boot to system and open magisk app and follow prompts. Done and rooted!
There has to BE an update for you to get one.
Updates are issued about once every other month.
We are all waiting for a newer update.
I updated to LE2125.11_F.20 but now the phone is on a bootloop. it'll stay on the boot logo for up to 10 minutes and then finally restart and go again... I've tried everything and I can't get it out of it, only way I can think of is by installing the full signed update via TWRP, I really don't wanna loose everything I have in the phone, any suggestions?

I converted my LE2127 TMO to LE2123 EU (I'm in the US but read somewhere on these forums that EU would be a good choice). It was working fine through the first two OTA updates but going from F.73 to F.74 the other day, my modem (i'm guessing) is all whacked. I'll see it briefly say it has a 5G connection, then it goes to 4G then stays on EDGE. I also lost VoWiFi (there aren't even settings for it). Can I download F.73 and do a local install etc or am I just screwed and I need to either wait for an update to hopefully fix it or need to reset to factory and start all over?
I am also having the same issue when I did a factory reset with no resolution. Even if I force to 4G or greater it will go back to 2G.
That sucks. I tried flashing modem images I found on another thread but the phone wouldn't boot (I had backed up my imgs and restore through TWRP got me back up and running). Wondering if I use payload dumper on the F.73 release and grab the modem imgs from there will work or I'm barking up the wrong tree

I don't own this device (my daily driver is a 10 Pro), but I nonetheless second what @avid_droid said, meaning you should fully wipe your phone when attempting to downgrading, so that you avoid unforeseen issues.
There's a downgrade zip to C.62 listed in the OP, you could try using it and then installing F.16 by yourself. Also about the downgrade zip, I think it would be more appropriate to use it via built-in local update than via TWRP.
Another way to downgrade would be using MSM tool to go back to OOS 11 and then installing OOS 12 prior to flashing OOS 13, but that would be somewhat overkill.

For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise. They can be flashed via local update in Settings --> System --> System Updates or TWRP recovery.
Note that downgrading from Android 12 Developer Preview requires to sideload this APK first as per OnePlus' forum post.

Global devices (LE2125) with build tag LE15AA zips use Google OTA servers, thereby making it impossible to capture full OTA zips under normal circumstances but Android major updates. However, should they be obtained or be posted on support website, they will be added.
Chinese units (LE2120) run ColorOS out of the box. @mlgmxyysd made a guide at https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...-os-without-unlocking-the-bootloader.4256909/ to crossflash to OxygenOS.
LE2127 units are T-Mobile units running their own version of OxygenOS labelled LE5ACB and lack local update option in Settings --> System --> System Updates and are therefore not supported.
