Already fixed it. I just went to an Oppo Service center and requested to be unlocked. It only took 15 mins. Afterwards, I am not getting any pop up region locked message anymore.

I also got region lock, i am no expert, but i found in the app "SetEdit" from google play, there is a string under Android Properties, android setprop "persist.sys.radio.global_regionlock.allcheck" " true"

I could not edit the string, app did not allow it, but i suppose if we could change it to false it would be unlocked, right?

fastboot: error: cannot load 'init_boot.img': No such file or directory
fastboot: error: cannot load 'system_dlkm.img': No such file or directory
fastboot: error: cannot load 'NCPHONE.img': No such file or directory
these files does not exist in the zip package as well. how to proceed?
now it got stuck in a fastboot boot loop.
