Is it possible to install any of this just moving it to the internal storage and updating with the local upgrade (the gear icon), you know? I'm afraid of bricking the phone.

I'm facing VoLTE issues. I can't enable it as I don't see the toggle switch to turn it on. I would like to try different firmwares to see if it solves the problem.

you can't downgrade neither can you flash eu on indian version, so the answer would be no.

most of these files are full fastboot firmware files and or SP flash tool compatible only c.07 is flashable

So, assuming my device is a EU variant I could only flash Android 12 / EU / IV2201_GDPR_C.07 with SP Flash Tool, right?

You can't use SP flash tool on any version above A.09

It's compatible on all versions if you have authorized flash access.

If you don't only A.09 have bypass to flash method

you can reinstall or update the android version to any region you wish just the way retail sellers often do. you need the "oxygenos system update" apk and full ota downloaded . I used OxygenOS System Update 1.0.0-S-DP on Android 13 to change my phone's region without root or pc.

I've changed the region by that method to my Realme GT Master(Eu to Ru) and my OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G(CPH2409 to CPH2381) using the same apk , so now I have different version of software's than what is written on my phone's boxes. I don't really understand the existence of this thread since we have all versions of all regions for OnePlus devices in Oxygen Updater Apk (the apk download's software from official OnePlus servers). I'm not judging you , just saying what's on my mind

This firmware thread is more for SP flash tool versions, neither does oxygen update include most recent firmware (hence EU is in c.07) while the latest seems to be C.10.

Though it isn't full firmware
