As OnePlus doesn't always provide download links for all of their OxygenOS ROMs & OTA update zips, we've created an index to put the links in one post so that they're easy to find.

Note: This is not a support thread for issues you may have with OxygenOS ROMs. If you need help installing or updating, feel free to ask here. If you have any other issues, please ask in another thread.

For the sake of simplicity, only signed flashable (full) zips are listed. These are recovery-flashable zips of the full ROM that won't overwrite your data partition unless mentioned otherwise.

Packages with build tag EB13DA are intended for the following variant:
EB2101: India

Packages with build tag EB13BA are intended for the following variant:
EB2103: EU

BTW You can easily download FULL OTA updates through Oxygen Updater on the Play Store and by switching to advanced mod in the settings, that make it easy to get the images to flash

Which of the two would erase my user data?

I'm on OOS12 on my Nord CE EU variant and would like to rollback to the latest OOS11 EU.

I'd rollback with the only purpose of getting the native phone dialer call recording button without having to root the phone. Is there a way to have it back without having to downgrade?

Downgrading will always wipe your data, this is an Android security measure. Besides, I'm afraid your device will attempt to update to OOS 12 anyway, as OOS 11 for this device uses the Google OTA mechanism (that forces installing an update if available).

Is there any comprehensive guide on how to flash the downgrade images using fastboot?
I have successfully extracted the payload.bin using payload_dumper, and I was able to repair a broken recovery with the latest firmware, but I can't figure out how to get the system partition working again.
