It got so annoying that I reverted back to pie.
It definitely takes getting use to. I have been using the Q swipe gestures now for a couple days and starting to get the hang of it. I am really enjoying 1UI 2.0. I feel like it's as close to stock android as Samsung has ever been. This is the first time I've tried flashing G960U1 firmware too and not sure how but, it seems like my data signal is stronger. In places where I normally had no LTE I now am able to receive it. Really enjoy the dark mode across all apps now too.

I flashed the latest U1 posted on sammobile on my VZW branded S9 on Friday. I've signed in on the members app. Every time I go in, I see the banner, click register (three times), but have not received the beta yet. I've found the S9+ firmware posted in a few places but have not found it for the S9. Any tips?

After you register you have to go to settings>software update and request it.

The only way to get the 1UI 2.0 member beta access is to be in CSK1 9.0 firmware. Once you register in Samsung Members you need to go to the settings and manually check the Sofware Updates to receive the OTA download prompt.

Thanks for the quick replies :) I'm on CSK1. Every time I open the Members app, I have to register for the beta. I never see registered.
*EDIT*
force stop, clear cache and data on the Members app seems to have helped. I'm now registered (I can unregister and I see the option in settings). Now to keep checking for update :)
*EDIT 2*
update is downloading :)

Not sure why you're not getting the OTA. Have you tried to clear the data from the Members app and try registering again? Tried rebooting and checking for the OTA? Booting into recovery and deleting cache partition, then check for OTA? That's all I could think of. There really isn't any tricks to this, it's pretty straightforward.

Found a hidden setting (at least I think its hidden). I'm on beta 3. I down loaded an app called Dark Mode from the play store. It allows you to open a Night Light Setting like the Pixel. It appears to be an amber light filter.
Anyway you can upload beta 3 zip and share? I can't get OTA

Anyone currently on beta can you pull and upload a copy of the One UI Beta app? I downgraded but made the mistake of not unenrolling before I did. So now I keep getting a software update request to go back to the beta.

I don't even know if it'll work but I can't find any other options to unenroll. Hopefully I can do it from the app and not have to upgrade, unenroll, and downgrade again.
