Very strange that no FW released yet for G991B (S21) yet? I have got German CSC (DBT) and even tried VPN (Location) but no joy.... Think it uses sim level authentication...
Probably soft release for Ultra and normal release for every models with UK/Poland next days.
Because it's strange that only German Ultra is available, not other European country listed or neither the other two DBT devices.

Please, install HttpCanary, go through the setup (ignore certificate stuff), Register on Samsung Members for Beta Enrol, start the update. Switch to HttpCanary and just copy the address/file going from https://fota... and ending with .bin.
Once you give us the link, you can leave the Beta and cancel the download, and revert back to normal operations, that is of course if you dont want it.
What device? As I see S21 and S21+ are cut off for the moment. Only Ultra in Germany is available.
They are not cut off. You need to have a DBT firmware, AUHD software and a German SIM to be able to enroll. I am not in Germany but i force-stopped Samsung Members app, cleard cache, remove sim card, used VPN to connect to Germany, opened Members app and voilla, beta enrollment welcomed me but didnt allow me complete it because of Sim not compatible with countries allowed. S21+. Would be nice if someone helped us grab the link. It is frustrating watching from the sides

XDA is full of German people with S21 and S21+, still no link yet.
Last year S20 series get every link in a few hours and for every model/country.
With the way this situation has stayed dragging since 2days now, It is clear there is no steering team or mods anymore. Very sad to watch. XDA used to be very reliable.

Check your CSC code. DBT means Deutschland nobrand firmware, like ITV Italian nobrand etc.

So that's probably why i don't get the banner. Probably firmware branded by Vodafone.

How To:
Rename [name].bin to [name].zip and paste it into the adb folder
Enable USB Debugging from the Developer Options
Reboot your phone
./adb start-server
Trust the computer
./adb reboot recovery
With vol-up and vol-down go to ADB Update and press the Side/Power button
./adb sideload update.zip
!!! Remove./if you're using Windows
!!! Obviously Google Pay and (possibly) other banking apps don't work

So the rest of the world wants an update.zip link, so don't be selfish and please, if you have one, capture the .bin file and share it in this thread.

2. Start the update download but don't pause it.
