1: Open the Samsung Members app and select the pilot program banner
2: Download and install the software once you have registered as a beta user

The previous beta program started exactly the second week of September, in Tuesday (15 instead of 14).

gotta say is by far the biggest disappointment of major UI - there is literally NO MAJOR esthetic redesign - it feels very much like one ui 3 to the point where i wondered if i got the right update
yes some behind the scene tweaks and some small design changes here and there mostly in some submenus

i dont know what i was expecting but definitely something more than this - new icons, new animation, new stock apps, new feel and look - instead is a very much one ui 3 with some upgrades - call it one ui 3.5 if you're generous but more like one ui 3.2
i know is just a beta and they can and will change things but ultimately i dont think will end up with a stable version that is going to be fundamentally different to this
i read somewhere that they delayed the beta because of some issues with one ui design - i wonder if there was a much more changed version but it got put aside because of those issues - one that was more update - i cant believe they would have spent all this time just to make some tiny design changes
i have been in beta every year since they started one UI but im honestly thinking that i should have skipped this year - you get a buggy OS for 3 months - in the past it felt like a new UI but this year is just very much same UI but with bugs

VERY LAZY OF YOU SAMSUNG - looking fwd to see what the new ipones are about - someone said they're 120hz are the best and fastest EVER due to system implementation - i might end up switching to iphones - if samsung seems to have abandoned their will to innovate and just serve us same old grub
