This beta 3 is undoubtedly better than the previous one.

For example the animations have slightly improved, but nevertheless remain far from far from being considered "stable".

Your mileage might vary but I had the Beta 2 since early October and it was a very good daily driver for me. Some others had thermal issues, battery issues, stutters in the animations. Beta 3 is still too fresh to be fully evaluated but the first impressions are positive.
