Factory reset is not working. It hangs on to DBT. Not sure if its because of Multi OXM CSC.

Try as said above, If INU not showing, then download Indianfirmware - extract CSC*.tar.md5 file from it and flash using Odin with CSC tab (This will wipe data)

I was able to do it from Samsung dialer. *#272*IMEI# . But it is not working any more.

Flash CSC file as said in previous msg, This should fix this too.

Tried it multiple times not working. Changed CSC to Indonesia (IXD) which worked. Then tried INU firmware (CSC file) but still hangs on to DBT. Looks like I need Samkey.

Yes, Actually code files resides in CSC and once you have mismatched CSC, code won't work. That's why said earlier,Messing up with CSC isn't good idea.

Sideloaded to A12. Then was able to dial code *#272*IME# and change to DBT. But code is not working anymore after CSC change to DBT. Downgraded to A11 using INU firmware but still hangs on to DBT. Changed to IXD which worked. Tried INU on top of it but still shows DBT.

Then nothing to worry, Your CSC is already set to INU, You shoule be able to see call recording option in Phone app settings.

Then something messed up in your CSC. As Last attempt try Indian firmware and don't use Home_CSC*.tar.md5 but instead use CSC*.tar.md5

Tried CSC from Frija and Samfirm. Will try again.
