Same problem here. The Phone is stuck in a bootloop into Bootloader -> Fastboot and back.
Its recognised by fastboot, but im not able to unlock nor reflash the phone. Unlocking the bootloader with htc dev doenst show the step 10, flashing stock recovery or stock rom aborts with signature failure or not allowed.
Can someone help please?

Same Problem

I have the same problem like mrm136.
My HTC one mini only boots into bootloader. Bootloader is LOCKED and S-ON. So I'm not able to flash a custom recovery.
I tried many things. Unlocking doesn't worked for me too, after flashing the Unlock_code.bin the device doesn't show the unlock message and the bootloader remains LOCKED.
I'm also not able to install a signed recovery, because I was not able to find a working recovery image. Flashing aborts with signature failure.
The problem remains on different PC's I tried two Windows 10 PC's and one Ubuntu System, same failure.

[email protected]:~/android# fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin
target reported max download size of 800227328 bytes
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.155s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...
(bootloader) unlock token check successfully
OKAY [ 0.006s]
finished. total time: 0.161s

Ist it normal, that the tool shows (0KB) as transfered Bytes?

Here are some further Informations

Hmm.. Looks like a common hardware problem at these models. You'll find more dead handsets, if you look around at the WWW.
For me, it doesn't matter anymore. The owner of the htc bought a new phone and i'll dump this good looking paper weight art thingy now.
