Mine at first only show the local themes but today I can see all the new features there.
Is it related with the external storage? Because I have just inserted new MicroSD in.
I only see the local themes on my phone. I am on international version (L29). How do I login with Huawei ID? I was never asked to create the ID during setup.
I used to get ID on Mate 7 but to be able to download themes, because I could see them but not to download.
Try flashing KangVip ROM B168, after previous backup and Factory Reset (I use TWRP 3.0). Then, go to K-Settings and switch off all "lunar" settings except "Lunar calendar".

Well, I don´t know what to recommend but you could try a way to set "Lunar calendar" on (while K-settings tools are not available separately maybe there is some app on play store that could do it).
