I have the same issue but mine is hopeless case. My phone always display that dreaded error message when I try to open my phone. I tried using Odin to flash the stock versions but when it tries to restart, it shows the message again. Stuck at it. 7days passed still got the same issue.

do you successfully flashed FW with Odin? when I encountered this issue. Odin always fail
My solution is
1. Use Odin version v3.12.7
2. Go to download mode
3. As you flash BL (flash BL only), press volume down + bixby + power. Odin will show Failed message (it's OK)
4. you phone will reboot to download mode
5. Close odin and open Odin v.3.13.1
6. Flash FW with no errors

Hey mate, did the binary message come back after waiting the 7 days..

FYI There are workarounds to get the OEM Unlock to appear without having to wait the 7 days.

Im not sure about the S8 but i searched for my phone model (SM-N950F) note 8 at this site and downloaded the first link and flashed it with odin which seems to have fixed my phone. maybe u can try the same

well im not sure, but having enabled developer options, OEM is there and toggled all by it self. hope that helps.
