Thanks for your very thorough and detailed analysis!

Conclusion for now is to not restore your apps on first boot setup

If this really is the case, it might be my reason as well, I usually restore my phone this way as it's a major timesaver.

I've added my dischargesteps too. Just over an hour per % charge. I was on airplanemode. I noticed your device says "device-idle-on" where mine doesn't.
I think that's the case but I don't have any proof or found the root cause.
About 'device-idle-on', that's Doze I think? Do you have Doze enabled?

Same behavior here, on 4.5.8 Tried to uninstall all applications, no results. So, following your investigation, should I do the factory reset? When the phone arrived, it had 4.5.5 firmware. Maybe in updating process some configuration / scripts glitch occurred which caused that?

do you have any other pictures other than the phone after 22 mins to an hour? U realize default doze beaviour doesnt kick in until 1 hour right? it doesnt go immediately unless it has nothing to do.

I've been already through the process of factory resetting and even full wiping the device twice, to no result, because the wakelocks are back. So my earlier drawn conclusion is also not valid... :(
I will start a new fresh thread with my findings so far based on OxygenOS 4.5.8.

Ok, in the meantime I've reset my OP5 to factory on 4.5.8, configured and reinstalled only some apps crucial for me. No problems up to now, CPU Spy shows deep sleep as it should be. Charged to 100% about 5 hours ago, now after heavy playing with configuration and setting things - 80% and 2h13m SOT. Tells me about 21h more juice. I suspect some apps (mostly Touchdown for my business mail account, changed to Nine for test). Will report overnight discharge in the morning :)

I believe that's what Agressive doze changes because it kicks in way sooner. Isn't that the difference between (regular) doze and agressive doze?
