Could you try get a log after it manages to wake (use something other than Logcat Extreme so you can get a log from the last time the phone booted) and a last kmsg after a random reboot? You can use GZR Kernel Aduitor to get a last kmsg in settings, debugging.

I tried and tested about ca echl issue. It sti exists and reverted back. Disable hw keys lights u mean? Then usd capacitive lights app
