Are you using latest TWRP version twrp-3.2.3-0-oneplus3.img ?

Updated the new version and it works now. Hoping this helps with my download issues

And after flash the zip, all will go back to stock right? No twrp after flash?

If you want stock recovery, you have to flash the stock recovery or the stock ROM (it will have the stock recovery also). No need for any firmware or modem flash.

You can do this by yourself by following these steps:


Delete the "firmware-update" Folder and leave "RADIO" there, because there is the modem File inside.
Now go to META-INF/com/google/android and extract the update-script file and delete the one inside the ZIP.

Then open the extracted update.script File with notepad++ and delete everything.
Now copy this and paste it in there:

package_extract_file("RADIO/static_nvbk.bin", "/dev/block/bootdevice/by-name/oem_stanvbk");
set_progress(1.000000);

Now save the file and put it right back into the ZIPs android Folder where you deleted the old one.
Then flash it.

If you just want to extract the MODEM File, extract the File in the RADIO Folder.

I'd use something like superr's kitchen for something like this, right?

I just delete the system files and edit the update-script.
I will update für 5.0.7 later btw.

Flash op's most recent modem/bootloader zip file from twrp and you are set.

You said you wanted to flash the latest, then why are you asking? Anyway, for OP3 it is Stable 5.0.7

Check the linked thread. And firmware packages are never unified as the guy above me suggests, so don't flash op3 firmware on 3t or you will hard brick your device.
