Seems that the Galileo constellation is functioning again but I can't see any of the satellites using the GPSTest app. Although the chipset is compatible, I suppose the firmware has not been updated to enable this.

Hi,

my OP3 has LineageOS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2) installed. Now looked forward to install LOS 16 (Android 9). I want a fresh installation. So i've made already complete TWRP-Backup and wiped all (data, system, sdcard, etc). During adb sideload from yesterday's LOS16.zip TWRP (3.3.1.-0) means i should upgrade my Firmware first. Which one should i take? The 5.0.8, or 9.0.4?

EDIT: It tells me: "Modem firmware from OxygenOS 9.0.2 or newer stock ROMs is prerequisite to be compatible with this build". OK, i need 9.0.4.

My question: may i flash the 9.0.4 over my old Firmware without problems? What is the safest way to do it? I found several instructions here on the board, but they differ... one says we should lock bootloader, the other not...

Thanks!

In Los 16 op3 thread sure someone can help you better.
You can upgrade firm without doing anything else, flash it over and that's it

Take care, flashing 9.0.4 firmware will entirely wipe your phone personnal data. The encryption uses a different process on Pie vs Oreo and the phone needs to erase all the personal data

Are you sure you flashed the firmware for correct version of the 3, the firmware is different between the 3 and the 3t.

I've installed OnePlus3T_4.0.3-FIRMWARE+MODEM-flashable.zip on 3.
So can I revert it?

Just tried, the phone is on but showing battery too low screen.

Now booting in fastboot mode only, can i use tool all in one (Recovery Flasher and Device Router)?

Leave it charging for a while and then try the unbrick guide
after charged, the device was boot looping with an md5-checksum-failed red message and now I was just able to get into fastboot mode.

Try the unbrick guide with the device in fastboot mode. I think it will work

Can I use flash TWRP 3.3.1 OP3-3T with Automatic MD5 check option to go to Step 10 (Method 1)?

See this Image:

Still Stuck on bootlooping screen, and in PC device manager instead of COM port, system showing Android bootloader interface.

Idk, you have a semibrick, you can try, and if no work, always you can try the method 2 step by step. This sure works.
I only have tested the method 2.
ok let me try Method two.
