If you are getting both at same price then I would suggest that you go for pixel. Although you can find photo quality comparable with pixel by using these mods yet these are just mods and often tend to break. You never know if these mods will work with Android P custom roms. There are other unforseen future aspects also.

There is no way that you can get the same picture quality as the pixel, even with these google cams. The difference is more obvious in low light shots.

I reinstalled the apk and somehow it's working fine.

Hi! Installed Arnova's mod from 2018-07-22.

My problem is that the Lens Blur feature is not working. I can take a Lens Blur picture normally (with raising the device), but when I open the photo (within the Google Camera app), it appears as a regular picture. Refocusing is not available.

Please help.

@Arnova8G2, how do I enable Lens Blur refocusing?

I'm able to take Lens Blur photos normally, but when I view them (in the Google Camera app), they appear as regular pictures. The option to refocus/change depth is not available. In the Google Photos app, the photo is not marked with the Lens Blur icon either.

Using Arnova's mod from 2018-07-22 on OnePlus 3 Open Beta 39 (Android 8.0).

Please help.
