yes evident that he didnt use the phone much as whatsapp is just 1%.

It looks like he activated the screen and put in on the table for like 6 hrs and answer that 1 or 2 WhatsApp messages

I get 8-10 hours screen on time if I game continuously after taking it off the charger and I stay on wifi. Idle drain is what kills most people.

Heading towards 8 hours SOT. Getting better with every update. Stock, no rooted. Wifi or 4g always enabled. GPS battery saver mode. Normal use, not letting is sleep much though during the day, i find myself always doing something with my phone. :laugh:
Started using force doze with adb permission today, let's see how that improves.

Yes but clearing cache fixed it for me

Yes, I did that as a last resort 1 hour ago, everything seems to be back to normal now

Just for future reference, what is the usual battery consumption for google play services on a nor al cycle?. (Having all syncs and backups enabled)

First charge with AOSIP ROM. Pretty happy so far. Its not a 2 day phone but can easily get through one day.

In 18h mine is 54mAh. However, i had times when this was on top of the list..

- location is turned on (high accuracy)
- location history turned on
- google fit enabled
- google backup & restore disabled
- account sync on

Hmm, in 4h mine at 59mah already :/. Have been playing pokemon go, reading reddit, messenger and thats about it hmm

I don't like Oxygen OS. I like the freedom of custom roms, more quick toggles than stock is one reason, then there's others like automatic do not disturb mode etc

You'll have to test one yourself.
But start with Simple GX or Lightening.
