Latest is 9.0.8 based (which is latest stable as of writing).
4.5.15 is an extremely old Nougat build for which one OnePlus never released an unbrick tool as far as I'm aware.

Maybe take the effort to write an understandable sentence next time?

I don't know how to extract the content of the .ops file so cannot assist on that.
I however can provide assistance regarding the Sahara communication failed error once you reach it:

Press Stop button in MSM tool interface
Unplug your phone, maintain power button and any volume button to get it out of EDL mode until you feel a vibration.
Wait 15 seconds.
Maintain power button for 10 seconds.
Get back in EDL mode, plug your phone to your computer, click on Enum button and click on Start button

I managed to decrypt some of them (the most recent) but also find some that I was unable to crack that I still share here in case someone find a way to get their password.

i bricked my OP5 and can't seem to figure out how to fix it, I've followed the steps to guides and keep running into different issues. Param processing, device2 to device2 .bin and other downloading freezes.

can some one explain me how can i downgrade my oneplus 5 softwrare, i dont have acces to the phone because with the last software upgrade blocked my touch screen and since them im not able to use the phone, i also change the display thinking that that was the problem but the problem still the same after the screen changed, i have i mac computer, i dont know what to do and how to do, please help me. thank you.

The OP does not release the updated unbrick tool when the update in question, is in a staged rollout phase (understandably so) — makes sense to bring to his notice as soon as the update goes live . . . . on the official OnePlus support page.
