Yes. Just enter edl and flash. It actually re-locks bl if you unlocked
There's no knows way at the moment.Does anyone know of a way to oem unlock a in2017 without a token or help from tmob? The oem unlock toggle in Developer options is greyed out. "Bkerler edl" or perhaps gfil? I'm new to in2017 but not to Qfil or EDL. I don't care if I have to gut this phone. It's like the last in a long list of backups. BTW, the Network unlock button just returens and error of Error Code = 1.
Another thing is: Once I get this thing into 9008 it only stays there for a minute or 2, tops, then reboots itself.
I have a couple of LG v60s, which have the same chipset and they're take a while to boot out of 9008.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the reply. That's messed up. };( I got the phone from ebay and I think at one time the phone was blacklisted and then had a imei change via medusa. At least that's what the seller told me, but the phone was real cheap! HAHA For some reason though the eom unlock is greyed out but am still able to use other sims, well a least Google Fi, the service provider I'm using now. Guess I'll be looking for another Medusa guy.
Ah yes. I had an "issue" there as well. I'll elaborate and try to make it easy.
I have a T-Mobile OnePlus 8. I let my ex-girlfriend use it and she put a fingerprint on the phone. When I start the phone up, obviously it asks me for her password to get into the phone (not to start Android) if I use this tool is it going to completely reset the phone to the point where I don't have to put in her Gmail after I reset the phone? That's how it works with the 7 Pro. not sure if it is the same here so just wondering if somebody could confirm or if anybody had any idea? Thanks
