Strange, none of the things you said work should've worked, and none of the things you said didn't work should have worked.

Let's clarify a few things:
You have LE2125 Global.
You tried to MSM with the tool lemonadep_22_O.05_210324.
You ran into errors (what errors?).
You then tried lemonadep_22_I.07_210412 and it worked.
You are running 11.2.4.4 DA
You tried to switch to Global via Oxygen Updater (did you select full or incremental?)
The switch/local upgrade succeeded, but it still says 11.2.4.4 DA

Also, have you tried to local upgrade with https://www.oneplus.com/global/support/softwareupgrade/details?code=PM1617074857015

LOL, of course I would tread new ground.

Yes. Says so on the box and in about phone under model.
Correct.
Initially, a "sahara" message. After checking "use lite firehose", different message, don't remember exactly (should have screenshotted, but it was late lol) but something along the lines of a device mismatch.
Correct.
After initial install yes.
I used Oxygen Updater to download the ZIP, used TWRP to install. Full. Was successful.
Build number currently says 11.2.7.7.LE15DA. I did not think to check what it was after flashing the Global ZIP, went straight to system update (not Oxygen Updater). I did both slots to keep things consistent.

Yes, but through TWRP.

Edit: Everything appears to be working as-is, with root. Still concerned there's a hidden issue.

Sounds like Oxygen updater downloaded and you installed the Indian variant. Don't use TWRP to install OTAs. Use Settings -> System Update -> Top right gear icon -> Local Upgrade.

Use https://oxygenos.oneplus.net/OnePlu..._downgrade_for_Android12_27464c839e16428b.zip as a downgrade. You'll lose data but should be back on NA. Again, don't use TWRP.
Thanks, I'll give it a shot!

TWRP is what got both of my slots in a functional state, but no problem doing it this way. Will report back later.

Success! I'm now on the correct version. However, slot A does not boot. Loops back to slot B when I attempt.

Would like to get slot A functioning again, but unsure how to go about it.

@Timmmmaaahh! can this thread be stickied? It's definitely going to be one of the most important for people who get into trouble.
Not sure if it's elaborate enough to meet sticky standards but will surely look into it.

Edit: Nevermind. This thread was reviewed on May 20th for sticking but had been denied. It's a if-we-stick-this-one-we-need-to-stick-a-bunch-of-other-ones-which-would-defeat-the-purpose-of-stickies situation. Sorry. 🤷‍♂️

So....... My phone is broken, but, not broken. All my internals are good. Seems the bend only broke the front glass, back glass and middle bezel. Gonna bring it back to life. I wanna see if the EU MSM will work. I deleted all Oneplus stuff off my computer and i forget the "projectid" Im sure it should be the EU MSM.
Thank you

Just downloaded the EU version and BitDefender doesn't like it...

"The file C:\Android\MSM\lemonadep_22_E.05_210324.zip.part=>lemonadep_22_E.05_210324/MsmDownloadTool V4.0.exe is infected with Trojan.GenericKD.45674771 and was moved to quarantine. It is recommended that you run a System Scan to make sure your system is clean."

    False positive?
Yes false positive. Used it twice without issues

By using these tools, you accept full responsibility for your actions. Your warranty is void should you run any of these utilities without OnePlus support present. I am not responsible for bricks, fires, nuclear war, etc.

If you modified any partition not touched by MSM, namely param and persist but there are others, you face a possibility of a hard brick. MSM will reset your "Enable OEM Unlocking" in dev settings and you might get a corrupt boot. Restore your backups before attempting. That said, If all you just tried to convert a ROM using OTA payload.bin, you should be fine.

I've noticed that there is a bunch of loose threads with MSM tools posted, and some revisions still don't have it available. I decided to put them all in 1 place.

If you don't know how to use these utilities, see https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...l-to-restore-your-device-to-oxygenos.4180837/, as the instructions are the same.
