Hello guys, I bricked my device after rooting attempt through fastboot and Magisk direct install. I need to reset everything through MSM, because I no longer have access to fastboot. Unfortunately, once I connect the device in the device manager I see it only as LE2123. I tried to update the drivers with the provided on the first page, but it says that ADB drivers are already installed, also I don't see the device in MSM app. Please advise, thank you in advance :)

if I'm not mistaken, you have to double cluck on the device and install the correct driver in device manager. I will try to find the link. the oneplus driver for the device has to be installed a special way because they are not "signed"! of course it might be the Qualcomm drivers I'm thinking of. I am new to the OnePlus phone myself.

Edit got it working had to run MSM as administrator

try another version of the driver , instead of 9008 try 900x(number)
I also had this once with the 9008 driver yellow traingle, manually changed to 9001 driver and suddenly the pc recognized the oneplus
maybe this will work for you too

I could bet that the driver you installed is not digitally signed and Windows is refusing to start it. Hence why it shows the triangle, even though that's the correct "version" of the Qualcomm driver for OP9 Series.

I'm sure that's probably the case, I got it working by running program as administrator Thanks

By using these tools, you accept full responsibility for your actions. Your warranty is void should you run any of these utilities without OnePlus support present. I am not responsible for bricks, fires, nuclear war, etc.

If you modified any partition not touched by MSM, namely param and persist but there are others, you face a possibility of a hard brick. MSM will reset your "Enable OEM Unlocking" in dev settings and you might get a corrupt boot. Restore your backups before attempting. That said, If all you just tried to convert a ROM using OTA payload.bin, you should be fine.

I've noticed that there is a bunch of loose threads with MSM tools posted, and some revisions still don't have it available. I decided to put them all in 1 place.

If you don't know how to use these utilities, see https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/...l-to-restore-your-device-to-oxygenos.4180837/, as the instructions are the same.
