Open Gapps blocked on Github...

Can someone of You check Open Gapps project pages and see if it works?
I got info, that Open Gapps has been blocked due to validation of rules on Github...

Sadly it's the same for me as well. Seems like they really blocked their repos

I'd really like to know what rules they specifically broke, to be blocked just like this and most of all why only now?
I hope they have backups to move onto another repo system. Thanks github (*cough, cough* Microsoft)...
