Sorry for my bad English but i saw Z4 Tablet now listed in official Sony Developer page for Unlock Bootloader. So if I selected Z4 Tablet in drop-down list to Unlock Bootloader my Z4 Tablet won't get brick even I open My Xperia, right? :D:D:D

If you enable (not just opening), your device will brick.
Yoy have to read notice carefully...

I following your guide but i saw you choose Z3 Tablet Compact in devices list, but now Sony added Z4 Tablet in devices list, so I think if we UB choose Z4T we won't get brick :highfive:

It's old guide now...
I'll update it, but choosing Z3TC was just a workaround to get unlock code.
Actually Sony generate unlock code based on IMEI, so device list won't affect anything.

My drivers are ok, since I unlocked the BL.
Also tryed (again) to reinstall drivers, following your link, same:

S:\Android\Toolkit>fastboot flash boot boot.img
sending 'boot' (39980 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.895s]
writing 'boot'...
FAILED (remote: Command not allowed)
finished. total time: 0.916s

so your BL doesn't unlocked yet. You need to try this. Wifi version just enter code like that in Phone call

Hi!

Had the same problem! Wiped the tablet and after it it worked to unlock the Bootloader w/o problems.
It is because of MyXperia beeing active.

I could not disable it in device administration so i wiped the tablet and after that everything was ok.

Settings - Backup & Reset - Factory Data Reset

After the reboot, setup your tablet but do not activate MyXperia in that process

When all is set up i was able to fastboot the commands w/o error
