No IMEI please help

After restoring twrp backup it fail on fv modem restore part with 225 error and i again restore by skipping that part and that got successful.but when i turn on my device it work for some time and then restart and there is no IMEI Number also so cant use my sim too and all Google apps are removed.
And then i tried ithi ROM but still device keep restating after few minutes and there is also no IMEI Number.

Android 7.1 opengapps wont flash. Says to install 8.0

cant get through the setup and keep getting "setup wizard keeps stopping"
Also get a critical error when I boot says to contact my manufacturer

You tried to flash G-Apps for Android 7.x on a Android 8.x based ROM. That will never every work. Next time choose the G-Apps for Android 8.0 based ROMs and the 'flash process' will be fine... And try to do a 'clean' installation, that might erase your problem.

With stock ROM I can turn off the phone and the alarm will still work, does it work with this ROM too?

Clean flashed and same issues. Even after booting then flashing Gapps, i cant add google account- keeps stopping or FCing

Wipe Dalvik and cache, restart. If the problem persists just try a clean reinstall, wipe and reinstall.

Flash TWRP, then format data in TWRP. Then flash rom and opengapps. Reboot
