Beta 5 was uploaded without compession. You see it is uploaded as .img and not .gz(or .zip)Why there is huge file size difference between Los beta4 and Los beta5?

Flashify doesn't have an option to flash a system image, so no.Can I use flashify to flash this rom
As it is you may be correct. But flashify will run recovery type flashes. And if you zip the image with meta-inf folder and correct updater-script, it might work.Flashify doesn't have an option to flash a system image, so no.
True, but doesn't that option need a custom recovery? I haven't used it in years, so I don't really remember. As it is you may be correct. But flashify will run recovery type flashes. And if you zip the image with meta-inf folder and correct updater-script, it might work.
VOLTE working on any rom?
You can get Los beta 5 HERESame here, where is 5?
Is it your first time installing TWRP on this device? How did you install it (what cmds did you use)?Flashed OmniROM Pie Alpha 5.2 but can;t seem to get TWRP to flash. Has anyone flashed an OpenKirin Pie ROM and been able to flash TWRP?
I will say that I had issues with the wifi disconnecting and reconnecting randomly so I went back to stock just rooted and it's nicer than regular stock.after many hours, i just installed tonight LineageOS Beta 5 for my huawei mate se, it says it was for honor7x but it worked on my mate
i got tried of huawei's stock OS, some apps were not working with it, i hate every manufactures stock OS, so much problems with them, they do it on purpose i think
possibly the last time i buy a huawei phone , its too complicated to install custom os's on them
but finally i have lineageOS on my phone, it'll do until i get a new phone, looking at xiaomi's
LOL. Good luck with Xiaomi if you want easy flashing! Rooting is easy, but everything after that is flash the right firmware, flash the right vendor image, format data, flash the rom, flash everything again to fix the bootloop, flash eu.miui, flash the rom, format data, cross fingers, reboot to recovery, flash gapps, reboot to recovery, flash Magisk. It also appears to be impossible to tell which firmware version you're on, and they've implemented a mechanism that bricks the phone if you lock the bootloader while flashing. When they work, they're great, the hardware is top notch (I have Mi Mix 3), but if you're a flashaholic, life is not easy with them. I've also been unable to get any TWRP restore to successfully boot.but finally i have lineageOS on my phone, it'll do until i get a new phone, looking at xiaomi's
