opinions about the Tegra Note 7

It could be a faulty device but it could be an app. See if the device is Ok after factory reset and without any other apps. If Ok then mite likely to be some apps you install. If not Ok without any apps then best to get exchange or refund.

Firstly, I gave my mother this tegra note 7 a gift.
What's my experience? Being a technical preacher i was worried about the screen, ram and some connectivity options!
What i found was technologies like tegra prism back lit and sRGB color option had a great impact on screen's brightness. I travel in my college bus for 1.5 hours twice every day, so i wanted a tablet to give me good outdoor views, and surprisingly that satisfied my expectation, what i did is, i installed a matte finish screen guard so it doesn't reflect my own image any more and viewing movies everyday is at its best.
Never felt that this has only 1GB ram, Never lagged, Never Freezed, Never Restarted! Sadly pure android doesn't have that split screen multitasking so 1gb is way more than what is needed!

If you root then install the exposed framework then xhalo floating windows and halo shortcut to choose which apps you want to use, multi windows and multitasking will work on the tegra note perfectly.
