500 signatures, I guarantee you, were not what persuaded anyone. It was the attack launched on HTCs social media, and they did not mention Verizon once in their (many) announcements.

PLEASE stop. This operation requires that we work together, not waste time arguing.

I agree, cell providers DEFINITELY listen when you file an FCC or Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint. I filed one against Sprint for ETF reasons and I got a phone call from the CEO's office... It is a good way of being heard.

We cant have one with out the other. Verizon will not allow the unlocked bootloaders on there network bc it creates security issues. But buy locking them they are violating the fcc. The open device policy which states any phone can be used on any network. So first step should be to getting on verizons buttom. File complains. Even if we get moto to unlock which they already have tool to do it. It was suppose to ship with the phones but verizon said nope. Next step is motorola getting them to release the tool beforeee the ics update

~~~or so they claim~~~
But they allow laptops, desktops, PS3s, Wiis, and other devices that may or may not be easily hacked on their network via their Wireless Hotspot service.
Durrrrrr.
Anyways, I have an update. The petition needs only one more signature to reach 200.
I've prepped an open letter to Motorola's corporate members, if you wouldn't mind emailing it to them as well, I'm adding it to the OP.
+1 on that. they wanted to replace my bionic with a revolution/TB/ or charge. Filed a complaint with BBB and they offered the rezound or Razr.
Really? LG Revolution, Samsung Charge, Nexus, now the Rezound and TB just to name a few.
Dont want to sound like a ****, but you should really do some research before posting
But if it's Verizons fault for locked bootloader on Razr, why are all, worldwide, non-Verizon phones locked too?
br Zola
Its not VZWs fault. Just a way of Moto trying to pass the blame.:mad:
Heck and the phones I named above were just 4G phones, not including 3G smart phones.
