The Oppo R9 Plus was first made available for purchase in March 2016. It features a 6” 1080P IPS LCD display, giving a pixel density of ~367 PPI. Under the hood we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 chipset, which is made-up of an octa-core (4 x 1.8 GHz 4 x 1.2 GHz) CPU, an Adreno 510 GPU and 4 GB of system RAM. Two internal storage options are available, 64 and 128 GB, both models are fitted with a microSD card slot for further expansion. The primary and secondary cameras are both capable of capturing images at 16 MP. The whole 185g package is kept powered-up by a non-removable 4120mAh battery.
