Oppo Reno 2Z problem with speaker white noise

Hello everyone, I've noticed since yesterday a white static noise(it's like an old radio) coming from the bottom speaker of my Oppo Reno 2Z, does anyone has any idea what could be the problem if it is an app/ software issue or it is a hardware problem.

If you don't hear it in your headphones, there may be damage to the electronics on the output to the speakers, or damage to the speakers due to frequent and very loud audio playback.
